Product Features:
The water-based uv paint uses acrylic acid and acrylic modified polyurethane as the film-forming substance, and is used with various initiators and additives to use UV curing. Direct spraying or matching with the corresponding primer can achieve different color effects.
Applicable materials:

Process conditions:
Low temperature (70-80℃) baking for 10-15min, UV energy 800-1200mj/cm2, film thickness 15-25um
Current technical difficulties:
QUV yellowing (96HR＞3)/Yield rate/Boiling resistance of glass and metal

Stainless steel spray gun system, low temperature curing assembly line, pure water system, drying room; constant temperature and humidity workshop.
